CJ (Clive) [India], Antonino [Italy], Brandon [South Africa], Liz, Jade, and Jason were absolutely fabulous. While I lost a few thousand dollars in the Casino once again, I had an absolute blast because of them and have no regrets.

CJ, Antonino, Liz, and Jade always had a smile on their face, were very informative about what was going on with cruise activities, and offered suggestions on shows they’ve heard positive reviews on.

Brandon and Jason, even though they played more of a “lead” role, still paused every time I or a guest had questions that the lead needed to answer. Both were always polite and respectful, even while working in a serious role.

Each of these individuals demonstrated outstanding professionalism, genuine warmth, and remarkable attention to detail. They took the time to engage with guests, remembered preferences, anticipated needs, and created an atmosphere that felt welcoming rather than transactional. Their skill behind the bar was matched only by their personalities, and the result was an experience that felt personal, effortless, and memorable.
